Some projects

I've been taking some time working in my craftroom, and relieving some stress and created a few things. I love working in my craftroom. I wish I could do that FULL time. Maybe one day I'll take the leap and see what might happen.

My Menu for the week

I'm getting my life life back "Thank God" it has been so crazy thru the Christmas season, not only the usual stuff but me being sick, my husband grandfather (whom I provide care for) getting put in the hospital and my husband's stepdad passing, it has been a littel crazy to say the least. But finally I made my menu for the week. We have family nite on Tuesday @ 6:00pm, all my girls and there boyfriends come and catch up. My oldest daughter don't get to come, since she lives 4 to 5 hours away. But this Tuesday she will be here. I am so excited, I havent seen her in several months. But here is my menu for the week starting today.

Friday (New Year's)
Fried and Grilled Porkchops
Rice, blackeyed peas with hog gowls
corn and biscuits

Saturday
Grilled Cheese sandwich
Chicken Noodle Soup

Sunday
Chicken Pot Pie

Monday
Fried Chicken
Mashed potatoe and gravy
Cabbage with smokies
Biscuits

Tuesday (Family Nite)
Low Country Boil

Wednesday
Hamburgar in foil
with squash, potatoes, onion & mushrooms

Thursday
Potatoe Soup
Cheese Toast

Friday
Chef boy R dee Pizza

On Wednesday I try to prepare things that's easy and can be warmed up just in case Stevie is late. And that is church nite I have to be there so earlier
Now, to plan my grochery list. I always make my menu, then look in my pantry and see what I need and that is my grochery list. It saves alot of money. Now to go shopping.
