Making room for some shabby finds

I was so excited to featured at the Shabby  Art Boutique on http://shabbyartboutique.com/2014/02/shabbilicious-friday-link-party-37.html.  I just love her little delight of heaven on earth... 

I love to go junking, yard sale'n.. I found this latter back chair and painted it. Filled the seat with linens and cute pillows.  Still may hang some shabbiness on the back of the chair.

 As you know, I love dishes. I had to hang some on the wall..

 Trying to tiddy up this little area.. 

 I'm trying to add little displays through out my home..

I saw this idea on Pintrest. I had some little picture frames.

I've been creating some baby gifts.  Trying to make some shabby wedding decorations for my niece's wedding. I'll show pictures later.

Shabby up my little studio and bits & Pieces of my home

I've been trying to add little finishing touches and redo's around my home, but mainly in my little studio.

I love dishes...china.. whatever you would like to call it..  I have little bits and pieces around my home.  This is in my guest bathroom.

 And in my little shabby studio is little bit of upcycling. The finish result for now anyways. See the basket down below.. Check how it looked before.

 WOW!! Now look at it... I used a vintage linen to line it with after I spray painted it.. Then of course I filled it to the brim with vintage sheets of music.

Then there's my chair I redone..With pieces of one of my grandmother's old chenille bedspreads..  LOVE LOVE it..

I just moved this.. The baby bassinet was in the floor, but I put it on top of the cabinet and filled it to the brim with burlap yummies I got from doing weddings...

Getting ready for Valentine's Day

I tried to find the pink wafers but couldn't so I whipped these up super quick for the little sweeties at church.

 Then I made these little valentines.

 Just a few of my little sweeties in front of our Love bulletin board.

 I had to add my new addition.. I love, love.. Can't wait to find the perfect place in my little shabby studio to place these..

I'm putting together a little package for my daughter that lives in Atlanta a 4 hour drive.. I'll have to share her little package when I'm done. It's going in the mail tommorrow...

Junk'n finds and a little CREATE-ing.

I am so thankful for having sometime to enjoy life.  It was hard the first two weeks after selling my business.  But now I get to enjoy things again... my family, cooking, junk'n, creating..  Here is a few of my finds

I love vintage slips.

 Dishes are my weakness.

 Growing a LOVE for vintage bottles.

 I'm hoping to create some glitter from these vintage CHRISTmas bulbs. And make some cuteness out of these bottles

 Tea Cups O MY!!!

  Inspiration will come from the vintage lace

 and seam binding in jars.... O yes.. Then I created some little Valentine's holders for my sweeties..

 I hope the girls appreciate them, as much fun as it was CREATE-ing them.

Just a little peek in my little studio.. Think it's beginning to come together.
